Make sure to send the email from the same email address you used when placing your order, or include your order number. We'll respond within 2 business days to help you with getting a replacement sorted out. Just be aware that the process might take around 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: It's not recommended to use an electrical converter, as doing so will cancel your device's warranty. Also, keep in mind that if you make any changes to or open the base housing the electronic parts after you've bought it, or if there's damage due to using it incorrectly, the one-year warranty won't apply.
