The Cipher NOVA V3 is an electric smoking pipe built around an integrated dual arc lighter and refillable ceramic pod system. The Stainless Steel version uses an all-stainless-steel body, while the enclosed chamber keeps the ignition area protected from wind and helps contain ash during use.
NOVA V3 uses high-temperature glazed ceramic pods with restricted airflow. Once you stop drawing, the reduced airflow allows the contents to self-extinguish naturally instead of continuing to burn. The magnetic mouthpiece provides quick pod access, and single-button operation keeps the device simple to control.
A built-in 1000mAh battery powers the arc lighter for 100+ three-second activations per charge. Charging takes approximately one hour through USB Type-C. The compact 5.1-inch body and included travel bag make NOVA V3 easy to carry, while optional Cipher accessories can expand it into additional bowl, water-pipe, or hookah configurations.

Magnetic Connections and Cleaning Access
The mouthpiece attaches magnetically, allowing it to be removed with sideways pressure for quick access to the ceramic pod. The pod housing connects to the battery module with a separate 90° twist-lock connection for a more secure fit during use.
Removing the pod housing also provides access to the arc lighter for cleaning. When reinstalling the housing, Cipher specifies twisting it 90° until either the “CIPHER” or “NOVA” marking is vertically aligned with the button.
Upgrade with the NOVA Glass Bubbler

Why Choose the NOVA?
The Cipher NOVA V2 is more than an electronic smoking pipe—it's a modular smoking platform designed to grow with your preferences. While it performs as a compact electronic pipe right out of the box, optional accessories allow you to transform the same device into a bong, bowl, or hookah without replacing your core setup.
If you're searching for an electric smoking pipe for flower, the NOVA offers a modern alternative to traditional pipes and lighters. Its rechargeable dual electric arc lighter eliminates the need for butane, rolling papers, and open flames while giving you greater control over each session.
Whether you're looking for a cleaner daily driver, a travel-friendly electronic pipe, or a versatile smoking system that can grow with your collection, the Cipher NOVA V2 combines durability, convenience, and expandability in one compact device.
Cipher One-Year Limited Warranty
Cipher warrants NOVA against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date. Warranty claims require product registration and proof of purchase, and coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the arc lighter, drops, abuse, liquid exposure, alterations, natural disasters, or other misuse. Cosmetic wear such as marks, dents, chips, and scratches is excluded, along with normal battery-life degradation.
