SHIPPING, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (OTHER THAN APPARELS)

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us.

We take about 3-6 business days to fulfill any apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-3 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Our return and exchange policy is listed below; please read thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions. 

TAX AUTHORITY, CUSTOMS, ETC.

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any taxes or duty that is due on their order. 421store.com cannot and will not be liable for any taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, and would like a refund, the package must be sent back to us at your expense if the courier or postal service assesses return fees. If you refuse to do so and the package has to be abandoned you will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUND POLICY

421Store offers a full refund on orders that have been cancelled before they have been fulfilled in our warehouse. To cancel an order, you must reach out to 421Store here.

An order cannot be canceled once it is in transit; a customer must wait for the package to arrive and make a Return or Exchange. 

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS

Any/all items purchased from 421Store and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund:

  • No returns for international shipments, out of the U.S.

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new (unused) condition. Must save the original box.

  • In the case of glass products such as glass pipes and water pipes, if you experience any damage resulting in broken glass, there is no need to return the damaged item to 421Store. Instead, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you without delay.

  • Item(s) must be shipped back within (15) days of the original delivery date.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and should cover these costs on their end.

  • If the product(s) have been opened or have broken seals, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept the return, and eventually won’t be able to process the refund. 

    RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE WITHIN 15 DAYS

    If your order from 421Store is Damaged in shipping or has a Manufacturing Defect, DO NOT USE THEM OR TRY TO FIX THEM. 421Store offers free exchanges shipping on any/all item(s) affected. If you receive Damaged or Defective item(s) please reach out immediately here.

    • Must save the box.

    • Item(s) must be shipped back within (15) days of the original delivery date.

    • Please email us a brief description of the issue, two images of the damaged product and one short video shows the issue.

    • In the event there is a Manufacturing Defect, 421Store requires the product to be returned to us. Your replacement item(s) will be shipped as soon we have confirmation the Defective product has been scanned by the USPS.

    YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM

    If you have received a wrong item DO NOT USE IT. Please include your order number and a clear picture of the wrong item with the support request or the email. If you use it, the contract between 421Store and the customer will be considered fulfilled.

    APPAREL RETURN POLICY

    Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email at support@421store.com BEFORE returning the product for further instructions. 

    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at the customer's expense and discretion.

    WARRANTY

    Some of our items such as vaporizers have warranties. Please take the time to register your product if indeed a warranty card is included in the package. Items that come with warranties are noted in the product description.

    ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS

    Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.

    NOTICE

    421Store reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, 421Store and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
