The Nova Electric Bong by Dip Devices combines push-button electric ignition with water filtration, eliminating the need for a lighter or torch. A rechargeable 2000 mAh battery powers the heating element, while the glass chamber and percolator filter each draw through water. Unlike a vaporizer, the Nova is designed for combustion rather than vaporization.

Electric Ignition with Water Filtration

Load ground dry material into the glass bowl, replace the magnetic igniter cap, and hold the power button to activate the heating element. Because there is no open flame, there is nothing for wind to blow out, and the electric heat removes the need to keep a lighter or fuel on hand.

The Nova pairs its powered base with a removable 50 mm glass tube and percolator. A built-in ash catcher helps keep debris from reaching the water, while a clean-out port at the bottom of the base makes routine maintenance easier.

Cleaning and Care

The glass tube, percolator, bowl, and silicone components separate from the powered base for cleaning. Dip Devices recommends cleaning the glass components with 99% isopropyl alcohol or an appropriate glass cleaner and allowing everything to dry completely before reassembly. The electronic base should never be immersed in water.
